Short Cycle Method

This method realized stud welding to the thin plate by controlling drawn arc method in a short time. In automotive industry, to prevent rust, panels are zinc-plated.
Conventional condenser discharge method consumes big charged capacity to melt Zinc-plating, so welding value could not be supplied.
Because of the reason above, short-cycle method was developed.
